We collect account information such as your name and email, the company and market information you submit, saved leads and outreach content, product usage data, payment reference information you voluntarily provide to customer support, and technical logs. We use a first-party visitor cookie to measure page views and approximate unique visitors without storing raw IP addresses. We do not request or store payment passwords or complete bank-card details.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide buyer discovery, lead scoring, outreach generation, CRM features, account security, customer support, subscription administration, service improvement, and legal compliance.

3. Service providers

We use service providers including OpenAI and DeepSeek for AI processing, Tavily and Serper for live web search, Resend for account emails, and Tencent Cloud infrastructure for hosting and security. If an online Chinese payment provider is introduced, this policy will be updated before that payment channel is enabled.

4. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for operations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, analytics, and legal obligations. Visitor analytics are stored as pseudonymous identifiers and aggregated activity. We use access controls, encryption in transit, signed payment notifications, and reasonable operational safeguards.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Manual paid access does not renew automatically; contact support if you do not wish to renew.

7. Children

The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18.
