Terms of Service

Effective date: July 15, 2026

1. Service

Factory AI Sales Agent provides AI-assisted B2B buyer discovery, lead scoring, outreach drafting, follow-up planning, and CRM tools for manufacturers and sales teams.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully. You may not send unlawful spam, misrepresent your identity, violate privacy or marketing laws, infringe intellectual property, scrape prohibited data, introduce malicious code, or use generated content for deception or harm.

4. AI output and business decisions

AI-generated leads, scores, contact details, and messages may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review outputs, verify contact information, and ensure that your outreach complies with applicable laws before acting on it. The service does not guarantee replies, sales, or revenue.

5. Trial, plans and payment

New accounts receive one 7-day Pro trial with 20 lead credits. Starter costs CNY 139 per month and includes 100 monthly lead credits, basic export, and no advanced filtering. Pro costs CNY 699 per month and includes 500 monthly lead credits and the full automation workflow. Agency costs CNY 1,299 per month and includes 2,000 monthly lead credits. Customers may pay online through our supported payment provider or contact support to pay by WeChat Pay, Alipay, or bank transfer. Access is activated only after payment is confirmed. Customers must provide the same account email used to sign in.

6. Renewal and expiration

Manual payment does not renew or charge automatically. Paid access expires at the end of the purchased period unless the customer arranges another payment. Contact support before expiration to renew.

7. Ownership

We retain rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in the business information you submit and are responsible for having permission to use it.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost revenue, or business decisions based on unverified AI output. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these terms and will post material changes here. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or payment risk.
